After several friends who can't attend Saturday expressed the wish to bid on Silent Auction items, IT HAS NOW BEEN DECIDED TO ACCEPT PROXY BIDS BEFORE THE EVENT from anyone. You can be a local OR out-of-state.

You must let us know your maximum proxy bid on any item(s) you are interested in by 3pm Saturday. Whatever number you supply will be considered final – in no circumstance will we proxy bid on your behalf above that during the event. After 3pm, only "live" bids at the event will be added.

  • Each item will have a minimum starting bid of $5 unless otherwise listed.
  • Bidding is to be done in $5 increments only. Exception for certain items with a $1 starting bid - those are $1 increments.
  • Requests for Proxy Bids MUST be made between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday September 29th. NO exceptions.
  • Please email your bids to natureheartstudio@gmail.com only (sorry, I don’t have the time to search for bids or return phone calls & I don’t want to overlook anyone!)

In the event of a bidding tie by proxy, the earlier bid will take precedence. If your proxy bid ends up the winning bid after Saturday’s live Silent Auction event ends at 8:00 PM, you are responsible for paying the total of your winning bid plus the total cost of shipping item(s), if applicable. If local, you may choose to pick up in Winooski. These same rules apply to any attending guest who has to leave before the auction ends.


Cash, check and PayPal (to natureheartstudio@gmail.com) will all be accepted. I will contact all proxy winners by email by Sunday night.
